- Brittany and I saw the aftermath winter had on our home and decided it was time to move to something more fitting of our current needs.

- Contacted RH through the website and set appointment to meet with SR.
- March 11, 2015:
- Met sales rep and walked through our community's model (Palermo).
- Looked at numbers on a Palermo
- March 12, 2015:
- From our respective workplaces, we both found the Bateman plan on the RH website and started to become intrigued.
- March 14, 2015:
- Visited the Lysander Preserve development in Baldwinsville, NY and met with the rep there to tour the Venice model suggested by our SR.
- The rep at that model recommended checking out the Milan model because we could do it with a 3-bay garage (one of the things I really liked about the Bateman)
- Met with our SR again to run numbers on the Bateman and the Milan.
- March 15, 2015
- Met with SR to go over some requested discounts on the Bateman.
- Placed lot hold.
- March 18, 2015:
- Signed purchase agreement and made $5,000 deposit.
- March 23, 2015:
- Met with NVR Loan Officer
- March 28, 2015:
- Design Center / Selections Meeting (Added around $2500)
- April 2, 2015:
- Meeting with Electrician (Added aroud $4000)
- April 14, 2015:
- Received approval from NVR
- April 18, 2015:
- Made remaining Earnest Money Deposit
