Rough framing is finished. The electricians have begun their work placing boxes. The roofers are slated to start Monday (tomorrow).
One item we noticed was missing from the framing job was the access to the second (lower roof line on the right). It should be in the master closet wall, but was not framed in. PM is looking into it.

William, I see on the bottom-most picture that you have a little wetness on the very bottom of your foundation walls. You may want to check with someone if its supposed to be like this... Was it raining very hard in the past couple of days?

DeleteWe have had heavy sustained rain for multiple days now. It's been pretty rough. The perimeter drain is working, but there is no sump yet so the water buildup is evident.
This should be resolved when the sump is in place and the roof is on.
yes, I saw that there was quite a few places where sub-floors were wet, but I did not realize it was raining hard enough to get into the basement. I hope they will soon get the roof and house- wrap done...
